The TCA U17B softball team captured gold this past weekend at the 2025 Saskatchewan Softball Provincials, which were hosted in Rosthern and Hague from July 18–20.
The team went undefeated throughout the tournament battling the elements sun and rain, showcasing grit, determination, and exceptional teamwork.
The road to the championship was anything but easy, with TCA facing two nail-biting comeback victories in their final games. In the semi-final, they edged out the Valley Vipers in a dramatic 11–10 win, rallying late to secure their spot in the gold medal match.
The final against the Macklin Lakers proved to be another thriller, with TCA once again battling back from behind to clinch a 14–13 victory and the provincial title.
