Warman City Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Rosenthal-Hiebert as the new City Manager for the City of Warman.

Ms. Rosenthal-Hiebert moves into the position after eight years with the City of Warman as the City’s Director

of Finance and being appointed Deputy City Manager in 2024.  Prior to becoming the Director of Finance,

Ms. Rosenthal-Hiebert served as the City’s Finance Officer for five years.

Amanda Rosenthal-Hiebert received her Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance, from the University of Saskatchewan.  She also acquired a major in Accounting through CGA Alberta.

“Having served this community for the past 14 years, I remain committed to supporting the continued growth, collaboration, and service excellence that make Warman such a vibrant place to live and work in,” said Amanda. “I appreciate the trust shown by Mayor and Council, and I continue to be inspired by the dedication of our staff who work every day to support our residents and community. I look forward to continuing to work alongside all of you in this new capacity as we move Warman forward – together.”

Ms. Rosenthal-Hiebert was appointed as Acting City Manager in March of this year. She officially started in the position of City Manager on June 10.
