Warman RCMP officers, along with Langham Fire and Rescue members, Corman Park Police, Dalmeny Fire Rescue and CN officials responded to a collision between a vehicle and an eastbound CN freight train at about 9:40 a.m. on Monday morning, December 9. According to RCMP, a southbound Honda hatchback travelling on Range Road 3071 was unable to stop at an uncontrolled crossing three kilometers east of Langham before colliding with the train that was already in the crossing. The driver of the Honda was treated on scene by first responders but did not require transport to hospital. Police say slippery road conditions contributed to the collision.
