Following the municipal election on November 13, the new RM of Corman Park council will be made up of mostly familiar faces with a couple newcomers in their midst.
In Division 3, incumbent Lyndon Haduik was elected with a total of 266 votes, more than doubling the total of challenger Sheldon Giesbrecht.
This will mark Haduik’s third term on council, as he was first elected in 2016.
In Division 7, incumbent Calvin Vaandrager was re-elected with 106 votes, more than three times the number of votes cast for challenger Lacy Boisvert. Vaandrager was elected to council for the first time in 2020.
Prior to the election, newcomers Joe Hargrave and Steven Balzer were acclaimed as the reeve and the Division 6 councillor respectively, while incumbents John Germs and Art Pruim were acclaimed as the Division 1 and Division 5 councillors.
Divisions 2, 4 and 8 will continue to be represented by John Saleski, David Greenwood and Wendy Trask respectively, with the next election for even-numbered seats set to take place in 2026.

ROSTHERN
In Rosthern, a total of 375 votes were cast with two spoiled ballots.
The winners were Audrey Watson (297 votes), incumbents Colin Aebig (294) and Brett Knoll (234), newcomer Kate Kading (195), incumbent Emily Hand (192), and newcomer Jason Peters (142).
Incumbent Mayor Dennis Helmuth was re-elected by acclamation. (Note: This information has been updated to correct an earlier error.)


OSLER
In Osler, a total of 159 ballots were cast in the election for six council seats.
The winners were incumbents Tennille Burlack (130 votes), Craig Peters (129), Adam Humenuik (113), Layne Sillito (106), Len Turcotte (95) and newcomer Bill Ruskin (84).
Incumbent Mayor Abe Quiring was acclaimed.
HAGUE
In Hague, five candidates had put their names forward to fill two empty seats on council. The winners were Braden Milne with 94 votes and Kirby Kotylak with 61.
Meanwhile, incumbent mayor Patricia Wagner was returned by acclamation, as were newcomer Megan Sands and incumbents Darryl Fehr, Megan Heinbigner and Aimee Wiebe.
DELISLE
In Delisle, there were seven candidates vying for six council seats. The winners were Shelly Worth (123 votes), Nic Vandenameele (123), Stacey Rathgeber (109), Lee Cisecki (104), Darcy Peakman (99) and Cary Burnett (97). Only Rathgeber is not an incumbent.
Deb Winder was elected as mayor by acclamation.
ABERDEEN
In Aberdeen, incumbent Ryan White was re-elected as mayor with 139 votes, narrowly defeating challenger Randall Doige with 134 votes.
Among the 12 candidates running for the six other council seats, the winners were Justin Regier (178 votes), Lori Sopotyk (163), Andrew Hamoline (161), Brian Vandenberg (140), Bjorn Vors (139) and Joel Dokken (137).
Among these candidates, only Vandenberg and Sopotyk were incumbents.
DUCK LAKE
In Duck Lake, Jason Anderson was elected as mayor with a total of 85 votes, defeating incumbent Bonnie Guigon and challengers Kimberly Brewer and Lance Grosco.
The remaining four council seats will be filled by incumbent Blake Cameron (who got 150 votes), Collin Fiolleau (125), Naomi Paintednose (121) and Cassandra Smallchild (108).
HEPBURN
In Hepburn, Neal Mihalicz was acclaimed as the mayor after previously serving as a councillor.
He will be joined by incumbent Erica Baerwald and newcomers Joseph Homontowski, Robert Lyon and Alvin Thielmann, all of whom were elected by acclamation.
RADISSON
Former Radisson town councillor Duane Flath is moving into the role of mayor via acclamation.
Meanwhile, former Radisson mayor Pete Reddekopp returns to council as a councillor. He joins fellow incumbent councillors Diane Rimmer, Scott Currie and Shawn Mitchler, all of whom were also re-elected by acclamation.
BORDEN
There are four councillors elected by acclamation who will be joining returning mayor Jamie Brandrick at the council table.
They include incumbents Tom Redhead and Kandice Walker, and newcomers Cody Bradshaw and Kristyna Vondrasek.
LANGHAM
In Langham, all council candidates were elected by acclaimation.
The new council will include mayor Randall Kary and incumbent ouncillors Carol Epp and Brendan Proctor, as well as newcomers Clare Deugau, Timothy Sharpe, Douglas Simpson and Alan Sneddon.
DALMENY
In Dalmeny, incumbent mayor Jon Kroeker was unopposed in his bid for re-election. As well, all six town councillors were elected by acclamation.
They include: Eric Desnoyers, Edward Slack, Matt Bradley, Amy McNeil, Aaron Peters and Anna-Marie Zoller.
CLAVET
Michelle King was elected mayor by acclamation for the Village of Clavet on October 9.
The village councillors, who were also elected by acclamation, include: Brad Pottle, Lauren Crosby, Jennifer Samoleski and Jim Braun.
