The Delisle Chiefs are set to take on the Saskatoon Royals in the Prairie Junior Hockey League (PJHL) best of three Survivors Series playoff round.

Game One will be in Delisle on Saturday, February 26 starting at 7:30. Game Two is in Saskatoon at the Rod Hamm Arena with a 7:15 start time. If Game Three is needed it will be in Delisle on Tuesday, March 1.

A pair of Delisle Chiefs were recognized as the PJHL handed out the 2021-22 awards. Kyle Heintz received the Graham Christie Memorial Rookie of the Year award. Team captain Chad Westman was named to the Directwest Bob Dybvig Division All Star Team.

Heintz led the team in scoring with 25 goals, 28 assists for 53 points. Westman was right behind with 22 goals, 30 assist for 52 points. The veteran Westman is the team’s all-time team leader in games played with 180 as well as all-time points leader with 96 goals, 127 assists for 223 points.
