Warman U13AA Wildcats’  forward Owen Kenke is stopped on a scoring attempt by Prince Albert Greyhounds goaltender Willis Finch during the final regular season game for both teams in Warman on Sunday, February 13.

The Warman U13AA Wildcats overcame a two-goal deficit early in the game to beat the Prince Albert Greyhounds 6-3 Sunday, February 13 in Warman.

The final game of the regular Centre Four League season for both teams saw the Wildcats outshooting their opponents 46-24. Wildcats’ goal-scorers included Camryn Aebig, Kobe Pellack (2), Jakobie Sands, Grayer Johannesson and Hudson Sawatzky. Warman finished in fourth place in the regular season standings and will play fifth-place West Central Wheat Kings in the first round of playoffs, Game One of that playoff series is slated for Saturday, February 19 at 2:45 pm in Warman. Game 2 is at West Central on Sunday, February 20, and Game 3, if necessary, is back in Warman on Monday, February 21.

The Martensville U13AA Marauders, meanwhile, have cruised through the regular season in the Saskatoon U13AA league with a perfect unbeaten season, racking up 40 points in 20 games. The Marauders host the Saskatoon Mission on Friday, February 18 at 7 pm at the Martensville Sports Centre.
