Warman High hosted a sr. girls volleyball tournament at the Legends Centre on October 1 and 2.
The sixteen team tournament included Warman A and B, Aden Bowman, Clavet, Hague, VCA, Delisle, Rosthern, Waldheim, St. Mary, North Battleford CHS, Maretensville, Dalmeny, Carlton, Tommy Douglas and Wakaw.
In pool play on Friday Dalmeny had a strong showing finishing first in pool A, while Warman A team placed second in that pool. Martensville took second place in pool D. In the re-pool on Saturday Dalmeny placed first in pool E, Clavet placed second in pool G, and VCA and Rosthern were first and second in pool H.
North Battleford and St. Mary advanced through the playoff round with St. Mary taking the gold in a very hard fought match.
