The first and last events on the 2026 provincial golf championship calendar are slated to take place at two of the region’s top courses.

The Legends Golf Club in Warman is gearing up to host the Saskatchewan Junior Golf Championships July 7-9, while the Valley Regional park Golf Club in Rosthern is the site of the Champions Cup on September 26.

The Junior Championships will see the top young male and female golfers aged 7-18 from across the province compete for trophies in their respective age and gender categories. Both the men’s and women’s U19 champions and top three finishers will be eligible to compete in their respective national championships later that summer.

The Champions Cup hosts club champions from member courses across Saskatchewan for a one-day, 18-hole team and individual event for all ages and genders.

The Legends Golf Club in Warman hosted the inaugural Championship Cup in 2022 with over 60 players competing. Valley Regional in Rosthern previously hosted the event in 2023.

The other major events on teh 2026 Golf Saskatchewan schedule include:

* The Amateur and Mid-Amateur Championship July 14-17 at Kenosee Lake Golf Club;

* The Senior Men’s and Mid-Masters Men’s CHampionship Julu 24-26 at the Meadow Lake Golf Club;

* The Women’s 4-Ball (Rosebowl) Championship August 18-19 at the Greenbryer Golf and Country Club in Saskatoon;

* The Mixed Championship August 29-30 at Deer Park Golf Club in Yorkton.
