The fire bans in the RM of Corman Park and the RM of Vanscoy have been lifted.
The fire ban in Corman Park was implemented Wednesday, April 16. It was lifted Wednesday, April 23 at 9:43 a.m.
The fire ban in the RM of Vanscoy was implemented April 15 and was lifted April 22.
A notice on the Corman Park website stated: “With the recent moisture received and fire risk having lessened significantly we are removing the fire ban that was put in place on Wednesday April 16 effective immediately.
“We ask that people still exercise caution when burning and abide by all applicable provincial legislation and the RM Fire Services Bylaw No. 05/21, including calling in controlled burns where required.”
