Warman RCMP responded to two collisions along Highway 7 on January 12 that resulted in the death of three people.
At approximately 8 a.m., the Warman detachment received a report of a collision between two SUVs west of Delisle.
The driver of one SUV was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 73-year-old male from Wiseton, Sask.
The other SUV had two people in it. One of the passengers, a 65-year-old woman from Furdale, Sask., was declared deceased on the scene.
The other passenger was transported to hospital by STARS with injuries that were described as serious in nature.
Then, at approximately 10:50 p.m, the Warman RCMP received another report of a collision between an SUV and a pick-up west of Laura, which is just southwest of Delisle.
The driver of the SUV, a 42-year-old male from Airdrie, Alta., was declared deceased on the scene.
The driver of the truck was transported to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
The families of all three victims have been notified.
The Warman RCMP are investigating both incidents with the help of a collision reconstructionist.
