Delisle hosted 31 teams in the U13C Girls provincial championships July 5-7 and the hometown Delisle Rivers Central came away with the silver medal. During round robin play they finished first in the green pool defeating the Langenburg Miners 15-8, 7-4 and the Twin City Angels Vipers 16-6. In the championship round they bested Davidson 17-10 in the quarter finals and advanced to the gold medal game with a 11-3 win over Twin City Angels Brabant in the semi-finals. Wynyard took top honours defeating Delisle 10-3 in the championship game. The Twin City Angels had five teams in the tournament with TCA Brabant advancing to the playoff round by finishing first in the silver pool with wins over Dundurn (14-7), Tisdale (12-11) and Pheasant Creek (11-8). They defeated Turtleford/Edam 13-6 in the quarter finals. The loss to Delisle sent them to the bronze medal game where Unity edged them out 16-10.  (Photo  Delisle Minor Ball facebook)
