Four members of the Warman U18AAA Wildcats, including the team’s head coach, were among those honoured with awards from the Saskatchewan Male U18AAA Hockey League (SMU18AAAHL) for their accomplishments during the 2023-24 season.
* Joe Bloski Coach of the Year Award: Courage Bear – Warman Wildcats
This is the second time in three years that Coach Bear has received this award, having also won it for the 2021-22 season.
* SMU18AAAHL Adam Herold Award: Carsen Adair – Warman Wildcats
This award is presented to the league’s top defensive defenceman. This person leads the team by being a positive example on and off the ice and motivates teammates through his play.
Wildcats Goaltender Corben Schnurr and forward Liam Bursaw were part of the all-star selections.
Schnurr was solid in net, posting 16 wins against five losses with a 2.58 goals against average and a .918 saves percentage. His cat-like reflexes made for some spectacular saves.
Bursaw led the team in goals with 22 and added 32 assists for 54 points in 44 games.

* Goaltec MVP Goalie Award: Taylor Tabashniuk – Regina Pat C’s
* Western Hockey League Rookie of the Year Award: Dayne Beuker – Saskatoon Blazers
* Jason Mercer Official of the Year Award: Cianna Lieffers
