A 25-year-old man from Edmonton died after his vehicle collided with a moose on Highway 16 west of the Borden Bridge on Friday, October 6 at about 10:15 p.m.
Warman RCMP reported the man was declared deceased at the scene. His family has been notified, but police did not release his name.
RCMP said an adult female passenger in the vehicle was taken to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
Traffic on Highway 16 was restricted during the emergency response to this incident.
