March is Fraud Prevention Month and in an ongoing effort to prevent fraud and protect community members, the Saskatoon Police Service’s (SPS) Economic Crime Section is collaborating with the Electronic Recycling Association to securely destroy your personal data.
Theh SPS invites the public to take part in a free data destruction and electronics recycling event at the SPS headquarters gymnasium (access from the west visitor parking lot) on Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Electronics Recycling Association will collect and securely destroy unwanted electronics, including, among others; gaming consoles, stereo equipment, desktop computers and laptops, handheld devices, printers, accessories, phone systems, servers, software, and routers.
