Warman RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding those responsible for a robbery in the RM of Vanscoy.

Warman RCMP Sergeant Jacqueline Spence said that on Saturday, March 27, 2022, a family in the RM of Vanscoy was lured off of their property by a unknown male subject with the promise of having their stolen dog returned to them.

The dog, Chiko, is a 18-month-old French bulldog, and has been missing for over a week.

The male subject agreed to meet the family in Martensville to return Chiko. The male subject did not show up at the agreed location.

The family later returned to their home and found that it ha been ransacked  and several items along with cash and jewellery were taken.
