Saskatoon Police are attempting to locate a Saskatoon man wanted on charges of Aggravated Assault and Forcible Confinement following an incident earlier this month.
Rolfe Rueben Herman (DOB 1989-04-28) is described as 6’01” in height, approximately 175 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair styled in a brush cut. He has a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm, a tattoo of skulls on his left forearm. The name “Ryder” is on the left side of his neck and a tattoo of faces on his right calf. It is believed Rolfe Herman may be in possession of a firearm.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., March 28, 2022, police attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of 8th Street East and Grosvenor Avenue. It was believed Herman was inside the vehicle. The driver refused to stop for police and evaded police, colliding with post at St. Henry Avenue and Ruth Street East. The driver then fled on foot. Police continued to search the area throughout the night; however, the suspect was not located.
