Rosthern RCMP continue to search for Leslie Peesker.
“It’s been four months since Leslie was last seen and we continue to ask the public to report any information that may help us locate him,” said Corporal Doug Gardiner of the Rosthern RCMP. “He was last seen riding a bike at a gas station beside Highway 11 near Rosthern and it’s believed he was travelling to Prince Albert. We’re asking residents that live along that route to check their properties for signs of Leslie or items that are out of place.”
Leslie is known to camp out for extended periods of time, but family members say it’s unusual that he hasn’t checked in with them.
Peesker is described as being 5’10” tall and weighing approximately 190 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
This is the third request from Rosthern RCMP asking for the public’s help in locating Peesker. RCMP first issued a notice December 22, 2021, and sent out a second request January 9, 2022.
Anyone with information on Leslie’s whereabouts should call Rosthern RCMP at 306-232-6400. Information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or www.saskcrimestoppers.com.
