On June 20, Warman area golfers will have the opportunity to participate in a local qualifier of the RBC PGA Scramble. The qualifier will be hosted at The Legends Golf Course in Warman.

The RBC PGA Scramble is a national series of events, with the winners of each local qualifier being invited to participate in one of eleven Regional Finals later this summer.  From there, each Regional Final winner will be awarded the chance to participate and win a National Championship at the prestigious Cabot Links Golf Course in Nova Scotia in the fall.*

The competition is open to teams of four eligible amateur golfers who all have an up-to-date Golf Canada handicap and are 19 years of age and older.

In 2020, RBC PGA Scramble saw a 73% increase in female participation, a number the program hopes to improve this season. There will be a spot in each regional final reserved for an all-female team.

Registration for the Warman event closes on June 13 – one week prior to event.

*If unable to host the National Final at Cabot Links due to COVID-19 restrictions, players can anticipate the National Final to be played at an alternate location.

COVID-19 protocols will be in place at each qualifier in accordance with provincial health authority guidelines. For more information, visit: https://rbcpgascramble.com/covid-19-best-practices/
