Today, while delivering the Premier’s address at the 2019 Convention of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities, Premier Scott Moe announced Saskatchewan municipalities, and other eligible groups, will be able to submit potential infrastructure projects for initial consideration under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
