Langham, Dalmeny win CVAC Junior A basketball crowns

The Central Valley Athletic Conference (CVAC) junior basketball playoffs February 9 featured tough competition, which saw the Walter W. Brown (Langham) Vikings win the Tier A Championship in the girls division for a second consecutive year, after a victory over the Valley Christian Academy (VCA) Lions. Also the Dalmeny Cougars captured the Tier A Championship in the boys category after a 85-61 win in the final over the Rosthern High School Huskies. Hague High School in tune with anti-bullying message

That was the message singer-songwriter Ryan Laird delivered to students at Hague High School on Thursday, November 22.
