Langham holds council byelection

Ratepayers in Langham are voting this week in a byelection to fill a vacancy on town council.
The election is slated for Wednesday, September 20. Three candidates are in the running: Eric Dolan, Carol Epp and JoAnne Wastell.
At a candidates forum in Langham September 12, two of the three nominees introduced themselves and outlined their platforms. One of the candidates, Carol Epp, was not able to be there because of personal reasons; however, Evelyn Kasahoff read a prepared statement on Epp’s behalf.
