Police investigate death on Meewasin Trail

Members of the Saskatoon Police Service, Major Crime Section are investigating the suspicious death of a 36-year-old male on the Meewasin Trail.

On Sunday, May 26th, 2019 at approximately 6:45 pm Saskatoon Police Service, Patrol members along with Medavie Health Services responded to an injured male found under a pedestrian bridge on the Meewasin Trail adjacent to the 800 block of Spadina Crescent East. The male was transported to hospital and died from his injury.

Members from the Saskatoon Police Service, Major Crime Section and Forensic Identification Section with assistance from the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating.
