Sask Rush partner with Operation Smile

One smile at a time. The Saskatchewan Rush have partnered with Operation Smile Canada to deliver life-changing surgeries and new smiles to children across the world.

Operation Smile Canada is part of the largest volunteer-based medical charity providing free cleft surgery for children. With help from donors, volunteers and corporate partners, Operation Smile transforms lives with surgeries that can take as little as 45 minutes and cost as little as $240.

At this Saturday’s game, the Rush will be fundraising for Operation Smile through a variety of initiatives:

⁃               For every Rush goal, the Rush organization will be donating $240 to Operation Smile.

⁃               $7500 from the 50/50 jackpot will be donated to Operation Smile.

⁃               Proceeds from Bruiser doll sales will be donated to Operation Smile.

⁃               A Photo Booth in the SaskTel Centre concourse will be accepting donations for Operation Smile.

Rush Nation can show their support and donate $20 to Operation Smile by texting SMILE to 45678. Donations over $20 can be made online. Over $26,000 has already been raised for Operation Smile, thanks to Rush superfan and ambassador Ken Rosen, Bob Lane Realty, Grainfield Restaurant, Simon Auto Sales, etc.

Live from Saskatoon, it’s Saturday Night Lacrosse March 30, as the Rush welcome western foes the Vancouver Warriors to Co-op Field at SaskTel Centre.
