Two men and a woman, all from Saskatoon, are facing charges following an investigation by members of the Saskatoon Integrated Drug Enforcement Street Team (SIDEST) into methamphetamine and heroin trafficking.
The three were arrested in the parking lot of a business in the 3000 block of Clarence Avenue South on March 18, 2019, after being observed making what investigators believed to be activity consistent with drug trafficking. A search of a Chevrolet Impala connected to the activity, resulted in officers locating hidden cases. Inside the cases officers found methamphetamine, fentanyl, heroin, Dilaudid, baggies and digital scales. A search of the two men resulted in officers locating cash, phones and a collapsible baton.
A subsequent search of a home in the 1100 block of Avenue L North located approximately four ounces of methamphetamine.
The 36-year-old female and the two males ages 31 and 28 appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court on March 19, 2019.
