One injured in Saskatoon collision

Firefighters tend to an injured person following a collision in Saskatoon

One person was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Saskatoon on Thursday, November 30.

Saskatoon Fire Department received a 911 call at 7:57 a.m. the morning of November 30 reporting a two-vehicle collision at Lorne Ave and Circle Drive resulting in the dispatch of Engine 3 and Rescue 6.

Upon arrival fire crews identified three people involved, two of which were assessed by immediately by firefighter/paramedics and handed over to EMS.  The vehicles were stabilized and a third person who was entrapped inside a vehicle was extricated, assessed and handed over to EMS.

One person was transferred to hospital.

Fire crews remained on scene to clean up vehicle debris and fluids.
